Join us for the CIPD Annual Conference in Scotland

Jonathan Lancaster and Dr Martin Egan will attend the The CIPD in Scotland Annual Conference on Wednesday the 14th of September, 2022 at the EICC in Edinburgh.

We are excited for the opportunity to connect with fellow People Professionals and practitioners in person this year around the central theme of 'People-driven Workforce Transformation'.  

For ndc, the Annual Conference has been an excellent opportunity to share insights and best practices, learn from experiences, and discuss how to solve the most pressing issues for organisations in Scotland.  

Some of the sessions and panel discussions we are looking forward include:
