10 years ago, Dr Martin Egan and Matthew Burdock set up New Direction Consulting Limited (ndc) to support, guide and help organisations through their culture transformations and their leadership challenges.
10 years later in 2024, ndc has bloomed and blossomed, outgrowing our original brand.
As we know the world around us has changed considerably over the last 10 years. Many of our clients are addressing culture, with programs weaving solutions across their organisations. Solutions which once came from OD, L&D and DE&I and being pulled together to provide the greatest impact and embed long term sustainable solutions.
First and foremost, we have always been a corporate culture consultancy. To better address the culture challenges our clients face, New Direction Consulting Limited has taken the decision to rebrand as Culture Impact Limited.
