On Thursday 20th October at 1300 (UK time), Matthew Burdock and our colleague Maria Takaendisa will examine the psychology of Diversity and Inclusion.

Maria and Matt will join the growing global community of ED&I and HR professionals from The Arena Network, which has become the space for like-minded peers to connect and explore the world of inclusion.

During the session, they will:

• Examine the psychology of ED&I and its impact on workplace culture
• Explore Identity as a critical factor in diversity and how you and others perceive and define you

• Look at Belonging and how you relate to groups. How you trust them, get energised by them, and whether you feel a sense of belonging.
• Discuss approaches to engage leadership and the whole organisation.
